The Domestic Energy Assessment and subsequent Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) now represents an important part of the house selling and renting process and provides useful information to both vendors and potential buyers or tenants on how to reduce their energy consumption and minimise their household carbon footprint.
The energy assessment must be carried out by a qualified assessor. For vendors and landlords alike, this means arranging an appointment for the assessor to access the property.
Our in-house team of Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA's) are all fully qualified ,CRB checked and locally based. We prefer to use our own people (rather than outsource to third parties as other HIP providers do) so that we can guarantee the quality and reliability of the service we provide. We can also be more flexible too - and offer appointments during the evenings* and weekends to fit in with the working hours of our clients.
To discuss our service in greater detail, please contact us on 01623-676467 or alternatively complete the online quote form.
*Assessments can only be carried out during daylight hours therefore evening appointments are limited to the summer months.
