Domestic Air Leakage Testing
In accordance with Part L1A of the 2006 Building Regulations, Air Leakage Tests are required for newly constructed dwellings on either an individual basis or as a sample selection of different properties within a development.
As well as demonstrating compliance, the results of the tests are used within a properties 'As Built' SAP calculation and associated Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), which is also required by Building Control upon completion of a property.
