Design Flexibility SAP Calculations for Extensions

SAP Calculations are required for extensions with elements that exceed prescribed limits within Part L1B of Building Regulations such as high levels of glazing or for non-separated conservatories as a means of demonstrating compliance via Design Flexibility.

Such works essentially require two SAP calculations which show the overall CO² emissions of the dwelling in its proposed state and those that would occur with a notional extension that conforms to the design limits of the Building Regulations.
