Part L1B SAP Calculations

SAP Calculations are required under Part L1B of the Building Regulations for all new dwellings which are created as a result of a material change to an existing building such as barn or flat conversions as a means of demonstrating elemental compliance.

The calculations should be undertaken both at the design stage and upon completion where they also used to produce an On-Construction Energy Performance Certificate.
