Non Domestic (Commercial) Energy Performance Certificate

Non-Domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) are required whenever a commercial building is built, offered for rent or marketed for sale.

Each EPC provides a specific rating for the subject building in terms of its energy efficiency and environmental impact, along with a direct comparison of the property's performance against those of a similar construction allowing potential purchasers or occupiers to review potential running costs of the property.

The Non-Domestic EPC is accompanied by a Recommendation Report that details a series of possible cost-effective improvements that could be made to the building in order to reduce it's calculated running costs and overall environmental impact.
